Mud Experience + Session of Trimming and Decoration
3 hours + 2 hours (the next day or within a week)

WHAT YOU’LL DO: In the first 3-hour session, you will learn the ceramic process that transforms raw clay into a unique piece of pottery. You will master the basic techniques of wheel throwing: from centering to opening the clay and how to raise a cylinder. Afterwards, you will decorate a pre-fired piece that will be glazed, and you can take it home after 48 hours. To make your experience even more enjoyable, we will have a coffee break during which you can taste a typical Sicilian sweet.

In the second 2-hour session, we will teach you how to trim the piece you created on the wheel the day before and how to decorate it with colored slips.
