Welcome to our website dedicated to the sale of pottery courses. By using this site, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. We invite you to read these terms carefully before making any purchases or registrations. This website is managed by Studio Mud di Alessandro Strano. 1. Subject
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website and the sale of the services offered. By accessing the site and purchasing our services, the user agrees to comply with these terms.
2. Registration and Payment Methods
Registration for the pottery courses offered on our site occurs through the advance payment of the participation fee. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. All prices are quoted in euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Users have the right to cancel their registration for courses up to 45 days before the event for a full refund. For reservations canceled more than 30 days before the event, fees will be refunded at 50% of the total amount. Beyond 30 days, registration fees will not be refunded. In the event of cancellation by us due to force majeure or other unavoidable circumstances, a full refund will be guaranteed, or the option to enroll in another course of equal value will be provided.
4. Gift Card: Purchase Terms and Expiration
Gift cards available for purchase on our site can only be used for the purchase of pottery courses. Each gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. After this period, the gift card will expire and cannot be used. Gift cards cannot be refunded for cash, either partially or in full, and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. It is the user’s responsibility to keep track of the gift card’s validity and use it within the specified period.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the site, including text, images, videos, logos, and course materials, is the exclusive property of us or the respective rights holders. It is prohibited to copy, distribute, modify, or use such content without our prior written consent.
6. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for using the website and courses in accordance with applicable laws. Users agree not to use the site for illegal or unauthorized purposes and to comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
7. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or participation in the courses, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of information.
8. Privacy and Personal Data Protection

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. In the event of disputes related to the interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions, the jurisdiction will be the court of the city of Palermo.
11. Changes to the Courses
We reserve the right to make changes to the courses, including price, program, content, and instructors, if necessary. In the event of significant changes, appropriate communication will be provided to registrants, offering the option to accept the changes or request a refund.
12. Use of Photographic and Video Material
During participation in our pottery courses, we may take photographs or record videos depicting participants and their work. By enrolling in our courses, the user automatically grants permission for the use of such images and videos for marketing, promotion, and communication purposes, both online and offline, including, but not limited to, our website, social media, newsletters, and other advertising materials. If a user does not wish for their photographic or video material to be used for these purposes, they must explicitly communicate this via email to studiomud.palermo@gmail.com before the start of the course or during participation. In this case, we will do our best to ensure that the user’s images and videos are not used. The user agrees that no compensation will be paid for the use of images and videos, and they will not make any financial claims in the future for the promotional use of photographic or video material.
13. Use of the Co-Working Space
The use of the co-working space in our studio is governed by the following terms and conditions:
– Co-working Registration: A user can become a member of the Studio only after purchasing the “co-working membership” service. The registrant irrevocably accepts these Terms and Conditions.
– Booking and Rescheduling Sessions: Co-working members can book or reschedule their sessions for using the co-working space exclusively for themselves through the Reservio booking platform.
– Studio Use: Members have the right to use the Studio’s facilities during opening hours, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. However, the Studio reserves the right to close all or part of the Studio, with notice, for any necessary period for cleaning, repairs, modifications, maintenance work, or other reasons.
– Responsibility for Personal Items and Work: Neither the Studio nor its staff are responsible for personal belongings or any work that is damaged, lost, or stolen. Although the Studio strives to minimize damage to works created by members, it may happen that some works are damaged in a shared workspace.
– Personal Materials and Equipment: Members wishing to bring their own materials, glazes, or equipment into the Studio must obtain prior authorization from a staff member.
